Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Amy is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.

Friday Night Acro Yoga


Acro Yoga draws from yoga, partner yoga, Thai massage, and acrobatics to build a truly unique practice. The two main energies in Acro Yoga are the Solar which reflects more fiery acrobatics; and the Lunar, which embodies more therapeutic and healing aspects. In this class, we will practice both modalities, along with developing trust, connection, and refining our communication skills. This class is the perfect way to hit your “reset” button, releasing stress and welcoming you to the weekend. You can expect a friendly environment that is safe and fun! Class is all levels, and a partner is not necessary. Select Fridays only.

Dawn teaches gentle, power, vinyasa, hatha and restorative depending on the week. Take the time on select Saturdays to learn and enjoy each unique class Dawn offers. Class will be 60-70 minutes depending on shevasana. Beginners welcome!
