Monday Night Power Vinyasa

Monday night’s class is an all-level power vinyasa flow. This means that any one at any level of their yoga practice (very beginner to expert) can feel successful and challenged during class. Power vinyasa flow is a style of yoga which involves movement, dynamic stretching, and static holds of poses all while keeping a steady rhythm of breath. Each pose will ideally flow into another. Any questions? Never hesitate to ask!

Wednesday Power Vinyasa

This all-levels flow yoga class will strengthen and stretch your body and connect your body with your breath and mind. Amanda offers modifications and use of props to help you reach whatever yoga your body needs in that moment. She strongly believes in the words of TKV Desikachar that “Anybody can breathe; therefore anybody can practice yoga.

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Amy is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.

Friday Restorative Yoga + Stretching

New yoga class Friday nights! Start the weekend off with a restorative yoga session plus stretching taught by our licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor Miranda. This class provides a relaxing environment and rejuvenating yoga positions that allow the body to release and the muscles to lengthen. All levels welcomed!
