Monday & Wednesday Night Power Vinyasa

6:30pm-7:30pm

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Amy is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.

Each classes capacity will be maxed 8 people to a minimum of 2 in the yoga room, this is a first come first serve

Saturday Morning Vinyasa

10am-11am

Dawn teaches gentle, power, vinyasa, hatha and restorative depending on the week. Take the time on select Saturdays to learn and enjoy each unique class Dawn offers. Class will be 60-70 minutes depending on shevasana. Beginners welcome!
