The Edge HIIT 30Blast your cardio and build strength with High-Intensity Interval Training and get maximum results in just 30 minutes. HIIT is an excellent supplement to enhance climbing and athletic performance. Two 30-minute classes will run back-to-back every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 6 pm. Free for members. 12 spots per class.

Andrew Caraballo, NSCA-CPT

For the past 15+ years, fitness has played a key role in Andrew’s life. He has devoted himself fully to the pursuit of endurance sports, powerlifting, yoga, and climbing. Andrew is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). The NSCA is an organization committed to helping professionals use research-based knowledge for optimizing human performance. Andrew applies his experience and knowledge to develop customized fitness programs for everything from weight loss and functional strength to athletic and climbing performance.


Strength Foundations

Strength Foundations is a training program that will give you the tools to enhance your climbing and athletic performance. It is designed to help you learn effective exercises, and create an optimal schedule for the progression of strength training workouts and climbing sessions. The program will cover everything from traditional weightlifting, kettlebell workouts, plyometrics, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention.
